I've had a stomach ache for the past 2 days. I will never eat spicy chicken again i swear.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop the pain? It really hurts.

if you’re currently losing a lot of mass or water from diarrhoea or vomiting please sip some sugary drink with a couple pinches of salt in it. this rehydrates you and the salt helps for retention!
for foods that won’t trigger an upset stomach i’d suggest bananas, and plain rice or plain grain. try staying away from dairy (even if not intolerant) and avoid complex foods.

Soo i wont vomit the water and food out they are giving me medication and water in form of tube (to my hand)

If it was left untreated i would die of hunger or dehydration cause i would vomit all the medication with the food or water out
