Besides the internet I've never heard of mtf trannies. On the other hand there are many pooners I know of in real life. One living just a few houses away from me, one at my friend's uni, two at my younger sister's school and one who is a friend of my elder sister.

We had a few mtf trannies at my highschool. One had full tits and everything. The others were mostly just faggots that wore dresses, flower crowns, chokers, and cat ears.
There's also an mtf at my college that dresses like a trashy crackhooker
