First with the background, it's deep blue as it represents the daytime and nighttime, but leaning more towards nighttime as it's when most festivities seem to have their respective peak of interaction, festivities like New Year, Christmas and Halloween are nocturnal, yet it also represents diurnal festivites like Easter or St Patrick's day.
It has a simplistic illustration of a firework as it's known to be the universal symbol of holidays, the firework is also a 12-point star, which represents the months of the year, in which every single festivity is celebrated on, it also represents the 12 main holidays (Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Columbus Day, Chinese New Year, St. Patrick's Day, Labor Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day and Easter). It has 24 sparkles surrounding the star which means the 24 hours of the day in which the holidays are celebrated on.
