My local Asian supermarket has delicious caramel-flavored sunflower seeds, I used to buy like 2kgs a week and eat them hands free all the time. I am a huge sunflower seed fan. I have had taco bell flavored seeds, which are my second favorite. Ranch ones are kind of ass tho don't buy them

They are a great snack when you just wanna eat something to hold you off when you're hungry or bored, healthy too.
