The solution is easy, count every instance of "claiming to be a women or posting pics of yourself being a women" as avatartrooning on the 'arty. Then here just ban accounts that actually prove they are women (they start posting selfies). Not that it even matters, women are physically incapable of jakking or being soyteens. Its not their faults, its just cruel nature.
