Like they have to be a celebrity. If it goes well you can become friends. They have to stay for an hour at least though.

Lunch isn't the time or place of which you have the 'serious' conversations in, especially when you're both mostly eating but still kind of going back and forth in casual convo, sort of contained in a vacuum of time. I'd either pick somebody who's known to be really nice and down to earth (Keanu Reeves) or a comedian of some kind (John Belushi, Jerry Seinfeld), but comedians are usually on average are stereotypically depressed people o algo.

Honestly I think it would be my dream job to be able to have a lunch with a random person every day and just get to know them for an hour.

Depends on the person really, the attention can make them more reserved but I'm sure someone like Trump would be happy to ramble to a random person
