My maternal grandparents don't live in the same house anymore. Ever since my grandma got cancer, she went to stay at our house and then my uncle's/cousins' house. For some reason, my grandpa doesn't stay with her though, instead living in their (my grandparents') own house. Supposedly, it's to "watch over the house so that nothing happens", buy I find it weird that they're not living together. My grandpa still comes over to visit my grandma every day though, so it's not like they're separated or anything. Come to think of it, even before my grandma got cancer, when they were living in the same house, my grandparents slept on separate beds in different rooms. Just some observations I find odd.
