If you were to set up your own sharty splinter, what would it be based around?

A Cobson-themed imageboard with outdoor stuff (hunting, hiking, offroad vehicles, farming, things like that) as its main focus. There would be a 15 minute cooldown for making new threads and replies. All boards would be locked from 8 AM - 5 PM mountain standard time, and on Sundays they'd be locked for the whole day. Only IPs from the US and Canada would be allowed to post. If users wanted to exchange contacts and meet up, they'd be allowed to share emails and phone numbers. As for file types, I'd allow JPEGs under 2MB and nothing else.

Make threads work on a point system and if you like a thread you can click a button to raise its position on the page. If a thread gets a lot of these "up" votes then it is the first thing people see. Allow user comments to all receive these "up" votes and tie them to an account they signed up with. Some boards need you to have a high score to post on, and uh we can call the score "karma" because it's like a buddha thing idk I never met Siddhartha or whatever.
