The de_dolls download issue is fixed, you no longer need to download it manually.
de_dolls, if you don't know, is a map with a history known for being used in TTT, it's very similar to de_rats which I'll also get later.

I've been testing new maps today, averifan suggested i host nipper's maps, some of his normal maps are alright, but a bit too bland, but his most interesting maps are just extremely confusing. in those maps, like blahhh for example you can get lost for hours or die randomly due to something quirky in the map design, its a map much more suited for something like garry's mod than for actually playing a round of Counter Strike: Source

I'm currently testing out a lot of surf maps right now, surf_the_flow works really well, you jump from your spawn, surf to the enemy's spawn and then kill them, but the issue with that map is a lack of guns. surf_plebs_life is a good map with guns and a great design but you can just stay in spawn and people cant kill you, surf_vindictive has an issue with fall damage.

Ideally, if I had a say in it, I'd make my own surf map with two spawns that have a buy zone and loads of boosters, maybe even a bomb site in the middle, and set it in like a city or something like that.
Oh, and I'd also make sure that CTs and Ts are on the opposite side of the map so you cant just instantly kill eachother out of the gate.
