They gave it the Marvel "errm he's right behind me, isn't he" treatment. I thought it was gonna be like Transformers Prime. Worst of all, Megatron is voiced by a black nigger.

I haven't watched a Transformers movie in years though, last one I watched was the third one with Shia LeBeouf and that Bumblebee spinoff with Muttdaya
I used to have a Transformers backpack in Kindergarten though

I used to be a MASSIVE Transformers geek, my favorite character is Bonecrusher from the 2007 movie.

IMO, the best pieces of TF media are the cartoons Transformers : Prime and Transformers : Animated (2007), haven't got around to the 1986 movie yet.

Beast Wars is also good I heard. Doe I don't really watch cartoons anymore.

Yeah, robots dont have genders, not to mention that this shit is not even new in the transformers lore. In transformers comics was hitting multiple times that the transformers can identified to any gender that they want to. But yeah, the trailer was cheesy as hell, and this movie will be a total failure

They did that in a recent animated show too. Why do robots even need to be associated with genitals to begin with?

Only the autobots really, the decepticons all look the same and its really hard to distinguish one of another, speacially in fight scenes. The decepticons also have clawns and fangs what makes they look like insecticons

Only in TF2007 do they look distinguishable from each other, even doe they have basically no character given to them

Beast war was a fun show, the cgi is very outdated, but at the time was something new. The sequel, "beast machine" was pure garbage. Also, there are 2 beast war anime
"Super Life-Form Transformers: Beast Wars Neo" and "Beast Wars II: Super Life-Form Transformers"
