Just eat meat, there is a reason it is high in proteins and nutrients than most other food gram for gram. Go plug in any vegetable on Cronometer and compare the nutritional facts, it's laughable.


Animal based diet mogs, eat nutritiously for good help. When in doubt, eat more meat, milk, eggs and dairy, you really can't go wrong.


Raw meat is good too, more water soluble nutrients. If you cook, it loses a lot of the water. Amino acids like L-Carnitine can also be reduced by up to 50 percent ( L carnitine good for androgen receptors )

Bad imo, you need a well balanced diet. Potatoes are good energy source for carbs and vitamin C, rice is a good way to get macros in, many vegetables can be used for palatability and avocados are a clean source of fat without inhibiting LDL receptors.

However the main thing I preach is that most nutrition should come from animals.

Just by following this law you will ensure you get all your nutrients, teh best from of vitamin K, alot of protein, amino acids etc.

I used to be addicted but goyslop genuinely tastes like shit and makes yoru digestive system feel like shit too.

Wholefoods and homeworker foods like lamb shoulder and asparagus, avocados with bread, medium rare steak + eggs.

Eat this for a month straight strictly while working out and you will see a different

What about the arsenic
In Asia we thoroughly rice and and wash rice, it gets rid of most of the arsenic.

Even without, its only trace elements. If you really want to get rid of toxins within your body I suggest starting with the basics that actually work such as :

Good reverse osmosis filter at home
Eliminating EDCs from shower products
Eliminate EDCs form your room
Stop using plastic sheets on your bedding especially
Getting a blood test done on lipid profiles and endocrine composition

I’m pretty sure that doesn’t work that well, since the arsenic is inside the rice. Also my parents are Asian and they do not thoroughly wash our rice

It's mostly the cooking. Washing and rinsing for any pesticides and stuff.

The content is also too low to build up and arsenic gets cleared eventually
