Christianity has made the most of the scientific inventions, guess what religion was Isaac Newton (without him you don't have your minimalist hut), Nikola Tesla (without him you don't have electricity to let you say braps on the internet), Michael Faraday (without him you wouldn't cook your maruchan slop every day) and Georges Lemaitre (without him you wouldn't have the best atheist alternative for christian genesis, the big bang theory).
Also the "dark ages" are a fucking myth and aren't historic, just like the colonization of the americas, the story was altered to shit on catholics.
You can even see how stupid that myth was when "dumb and ignorant" people were building this magnificent structures.
If a religion is regressive, it's Islam but IN NO WAY christianity, in no fucking way.
