Everyone complains about how undeveloped Capital Wasteland is unlike le California and blame Bethesda for that and clitties are leaking. One thing is certainly forgotten. Bethesda is called Bethesda for a reason. Bethesda is a town located pretty near Washington so probably someone who works in Bethesda lived there, therefore they know that most of population around Washington are niggers and a lot of these niggers became raiders who are not capable of rebuilding the land + barely any niggers got into vault program.
