The map is wrong. Congo was never part of Belgium, it was declared PERSONAL property of King Leopold II and this means that the Belgian Constitution did not apply to Congo itself, rather Leopold II was the direct owner and ruler of the entire land, much like a feudal lord. This is why so many niggers were killed in the Congo

Sorry for being autist ou algo. I don't know why these maps list the Congo as being part of Belgium when it was clearly Leopold's personal property
