Now it's probably coming back to the new normal, but I couldn't enter youtube from my work computer and wikipedia main page loaded only one hurricane image.

I even check some internet outage monitor website, but didn't find anything abnormal. Maybe it's some proxy in Austria my company uses and it could malfunction.
