what supplements do you take?

Magnesium and zinc, as well as vitamin d and k2. Anything else is extra slop that I try out from time to time but those are the essentials in this day and age...
 
I used to take some medicine that helped with skincare, but I don't take any supplements or daily pills nowadays.

I take vitamin d, ashwagandha, and magnesium every day
Vitamin D, K2, magnesium, zinc, copper, and a vitamin gummy.

I don’t actually know if I am deficient in any of these things since I haven’t seen a doctor about or got myself tested or anything, so I might actually be hurting myself, but it’s probably fine.
 
i don’t really beleive taking the actual vitamin as a supplement will help in most cases - i personally take apple cider vinegar (about a table spoon a day) and raw garlic , raw onions, turmeric (this all helps your immune system and the turmeric is for periods) and then greek yoghurt with no sugar added to help your gut microbiome. haven’t been sick in years!! for those low in iron- eat liver. just grill it please don’t eat it raw you’re not helping yourself anymore with that.

good foods such as raw veg, liver and heart, and probiotics go a long way!! you don’t need all of this bs unless you’re insanely deficient and you KNOW it
