i heard this term when people say pooners are obsessed with it? i don't really see it, sure we're male dominated but i don't think a bunch of autistic 14 year old boys is the epitomy of masculinity

It's not exactly masculine. Much of it is full of emotional faggots and soyboys and has been for years, though I suppose it could be percieved as masculine because around 95% of its users are men.

I'm the only person ever that has ever referred to the 'sphere as "hypermasculine," and I used that term because it's mostly used by men

Namefagging is masculine if you can use your presence to bully and assert dominance over people by making them seethe at you just by hearing your moniker. Doesn't mean it's good, there are better places to put forth such behaviours, but it's incredibly inflammatory and therefore keyed (IF you don't take it too seriously and become and attentionwhore).
