Discussion What do you actually think happens after you die

Like genuinely what happens? I think about it a lot. Atheists say it's just the end of consciousness but consciousness has to go somewhere. It can't just end. I'm not religious but I think there is absolutely something. What do you think?

If you say "nothingness" you're doing nothing but making yourself feel worse about the inevitable and truly, what's the point in that, have a bit of positivity, it won't hurt.
Why worry about the far-off future when it hasn't and won't come for hopefully, another fifty or maybe even eighty years for some of the lucky ones on here.
All things considered and all things accounted for, the most likely answer is that you go to heaven, simple as.
The real question is if God will let you into his kingdom or not and for many in the modern-age including myself to an extent, the answer is no and that's exactly why everyone should focus on improving themselves and how they communicate their feelings and thoughts to others as to not thread on the line of sin.
Well, that's what I think anyways, for all I know I could be talking nothing but complete jargon to myself right now but it's an answer and that counts for something I suppose, even if it's wrong.

i'd imagine it'll be just like before u were born and gained consciousness; u wouldnt really know anything. i like to think that we all just return to a state of non-awareness after. so like, nothing, which i presume would be really boring. not looking forward to it.

You wouldn’t be aware of time or yourself in that state tho.
 
I believe in heaven, but ever since i was about 6 there's this part of me that says it just ends. Not only do I not get to experience anything, but I don't even get to remember my family and friends.
I don't want to fucking die tbh..

Then don't die, life is amazing despite it imperfections. Do exercise, eat well and take care of yourself, nigga!
You're too young to be interested in what happens after death.
