It's really nice. It basically lets you change whatever you want about youtube, like removing the home screen, random buttons that you don't use, shorts, etc. I use it to remove basically everything that recommends vids to me bc I already know enough fun youtubers and I always search for productive stuff on my own anyways. I feel so unbothered and free from the feed slavery..... it's the only real doomscrolling that I have ever done, besides maybe reddit. But I always used that for messing with people
