Sounds kind of like an electric toothbrush (as does a lot of overtone singing), but, yeah, you're starting to get to the sound of an overtone. You might look up some techniques for how those Mongol guys do it, to eventually get that sort of "whistle" sound. We don't really practice it that much in my school choir during our warm-ups or other practices so I'm not too keen of it.
