I know a lot about computers but I don't know what you're talking about
am i wrong about anything
like should i get a small office pc with a dvd drive built in instead of a mini pc with it externally
do the mini PCs have heat issues despite their 35 watt CPUs
is 16:10 a better aspect ratio than 5:4
should i skip the soundbar and get dedicated external speakers
is windows 11 ltsc going to be more viable than 10 ltsc

I don't think it matters aside the specs
do the mini PCs have heat issues despite their 35 watt CPUs
No

I don't know they're both weird

They are external speakers?

What do you mean by viable

Consider getting a keyboard with macros on the side if it doesn't strain your budget too much

This is the one I have, back when I played tf2 I would bind voice commands to these macro buttons, made for such an elevated experience. Now I just have miscellaneous crap for shitposting (💀✡卐)
Of course you can bind shortcuts for whatever program you are using
I would also recommend a mouse like logitech's hero g502, the fancy scroll wheel + side buttons for forwards and backwards make for a great browsing experience (could strian your budget doe, also heard some PUSSIES complain it's too heavy)
Also why would you use 4:3?

they're both weird
if you think 16:9 is good you're insane, even most laptop manufacturers have moved away from it
They are external speakers?
i worded that weird, a soundbar is one dedicated unit that attaches to the monitor (like the picture) but you can also get stereo speakers that connect to the monitor
like these (shitty but an example)

windows 10 ltsc is supported until 2030 (normal 10 has until next year)
i dont know if i should stick with 10 or be prepared to move to 11 sooner
because software support for windows 10 is based on the versions normalfags use that will end support earlier

ill see if that keyboard i posted's media keys can be changed to do other things in settings
thats a cool keyboard though, looks way more ergonomic
it's 5:4 and i like it because it's better for things like document editing and web browsing (widescreen is for media consumption)

Consider a used Dell, HP, or Lenovo ThinkCentre workstation. You can get a 32GB, 8th Gen Intel, and perhaps a dedicated GPU for less than 200 euros on eBay/other. I mention dedicated GPU because if you want to do 3d, CAD, or game development you need something more than iGPU on the older Intel CPUs.
