This is annoying

I feel it in my eyes now.
It’s like my brain is trying to mock me, on other parts of my body I could just scratch it and it would go away after a second. But with it being felt in my eyes I don’t think I would need to describe why scratching it would be a bad idea.

You can scratch your eyes by rubbing your wrist against them. If it's getting worse it's probably just because you're actively thinking about it now. Do something else and it will probably disappear after a bit.
 
it happens sometimes, but mostly just your brain fooling you and making you overthink a bunch of stuff. you keep thinking of bugs crawling for example, and your mind gets fooled and makes you imagine things on your body
