The Clone Wars... which is really just a clone of the Even Though game if you think about it hard enough.
Rules
The Clone Wars is a forum game similar to the Even Doe game, however it has a few different set of rules. You must reply to every last post with the following statement: ">Which is really just a clone of [insert_thing_here], if you think about it hard enough."
You will replace the [insert_thing_here] with your own object that you think is a clone of the previous object. The argument for your clone must be rational in your mind.
Example
The game starts with me, the OP, bringing up an object, for example, a videogame like Team Fortress 2. Then the first clone post begins as follows:>Which is really just a clone of Team Fortress Classic, if you think about it hard enough.
which would then go to
>Which is really just a clone of Counter-Strike 1.6, if you think about it hard enough.
and then
>Which is really just a clone of Quake, if you think about it hard enough.
etc.
Goal / Objective
Each "Which is really just a clone of X, if you think about it hard enough." post must be accompanied with an image of the object you are talking about. The goal of the game is to gradually get lower and lower down the clone scale, not as fast as possible, but as reasonably as you can.
You can't say for example that a Horse is a clone of an Apple without a reasonable explanation. But at some point in the game, you'll go from saying that 2 games are clones of eachother to eventually getting down to atoms or virtual particles. When it gets to a point where you're starting to talk about topics that truly are original, in the sense that a virtual particle just appears from nowhere and now we're alive, you can start hallucinating topics that don't exist, for example:
Virtual Particle
>Which is really just a clone of a Gigaparticle, if you think about it hard enough.
Only do this if there truly is nowhere else to go.
