Stats - August - 6 months of schlog

You can check previous months raw averages in my other June thread. As always, we continue to grow larger and create a bigger gap between us and other soysphere sites. A focus on lax jannying, letting people solve their own problems, allowing internal and external drama to be discussed, and an interesting cast of users has shown to work on both the booru and the schlog. The future is bright.

That's about a tenth of the posts the party gets per day as it stands right now, I wonder how high this can go the blog has a healthy future unless "Broot"'s assets get seized again.

My hope is by allowing guest posting, it will allow a greater amount of posters to get acquainted with the site which will bring more posts overall. I'll probably create a new board category as well that won't allow guest posters to view it and move the more serious boards into it, like /rel/, /chive/, and /qa/. This way you won't have to fight to have a serious discussion on the site with the guest hordes that I'm sure will show up.

It's at least worth a trial, I will be waiting to see how September's stats look and see if it did anything meaningful.

You can disable editing posts for guests, that's pretty easy

Guests have very few features that they can use. I haven't checked editing posts yet but they can't use reacts, attach files, or (I assume) edit their own posts. I'll check in a bit.
