The year is 2024 and on August 18th an unnamed 'blog user is sitting at his pc desk and was wondering what to do, while names are not important he was getting bored of gooning to soytan, which leads him to scrolling through shitty threads on /you/ and /qa/ when the mass amount of coal made him cringe and he was about to beg the jannies for account deletion but then he thought >it's time to make a change and find the gem that saved the blog. Of course he can not do this feat alone, anything replied below he will bring with him (no fantasy or sci-fi shit however), it may be useful later, but its time for this basement dweller to get off his ass and head outside, he picks up his car keys, $150, and some water on the way out on this adventure. After stepping onto the sidewalk he looks around, New York is a shitty city but there is a lot to do here and a lot to see, he figures that the gem he's looking for will be discovered somewhere central so he heads for times square in Manhattan on the subway.

Being chronically online means that the character will lack physical strength -4 and speaking skills -2 but its not all bad, using this skill will allow him to contact people for help you met online on your journey, he will also have +2 intelligence stat from all of the useless facts picked up OTI.
Autism: screeches at you!
Being autistic is a terrible thing boasting -5 charisma, however certain NPCs will be +10 charisma thanks to the character's hyperfixation on a specific topic. He will also have +3 endurance because 'tards are too stupid to feel pain.
Doomer: Your life was over before it even started!
Doomers have nothing going for them in life, its sad really and they have seriously stunted physical capabilities -5 Strength, but because he has predicted that the west has fallen the character has taken up reading in his free time and has gained an impressive +7 intelligence from it, but some of it is rather unsavory and can get the character in trouble.
Tranime Gooner: 2D is better than 3D!
Watching anime for a lot of his life the tranime gooner loves watching great cartoons like Lucky Star and K-On! and its kind of his life at this point, choosing this skill will give you +15 charisma to anyone who happens to be Asian but you will smell and can not interact with any female characters.
