What are some good domain registrars and hosting companies? They have to be pro free speech and use monero for payment.

cockbox.org allows you to rent VPSes or whatever and use Monero

I can't think of any domain registars which support Monero as payment, although, if there are none, most things should work via Tor or I2P even if they'll be slower.
