It's absolutely MASSIVE at 418 acres, and has a capacity of over 20,000 inmates. Over ¾ of it's area is actually built on top of garbage piled in the river, causing the buildings to settle and crack which enables niggers to stab each other with shards of concrete. In it's early years, gases produced by the decomposing garbage burst through the ground and caught fire, causing mini volcanos throughout the complex. The smell of garbage still permeates the air of the area, causing an epidemic of respiratory illnesses in the inmates and staff. Also, it's almost on the runway of la Guardia airport, so it's constantly buffeted by the roar and exhaust of airliners.

This place is technically a jail, not a prison so it's mostly just two bit crackheads and smash and grab artists who couldn't make bail.
