Can I get one in blue, white, and red, with 7 thin lines of red on the top and bottom of the image, equally spaced from each other but still remaining proportionate to the top and bottom without going too far in the middle, the background behind the red lines being white, with two white sabers pointed upward on either side of the image in the remaining blue middle space between the sets of red lines, the sabers facing and pointed slightly outward from the banner at an 80 degree angle, put the text "Hail Columbia", in white color, all capital letters, font Book Antiqua, on one line of text, in between the sabers in the blue space in the middle.
