Goodnight!
Don't you like MGS?idk games kinda suck tbh
After you play it once you don't have to play it ever again.Don't you like MGS?
Erm... COD2 was keyed but it lacked a lot of weapons/features that I would like to have in my ADHDslop shooterI'm heading off to bed, here's a question!

I hate how games are like this but tbh I would hate it more if all games were replayable. I guess I'm talking in the modern era, haven't ever really found any modern games that actually come along and provide something interesting for me to keep a hold of. Deadlock was cool genuinely for about like 5 seconds geg. Seems to me like theres a lot more value in watching youtube videos instead, watching tv shows, fucking painting uhh discussing shit jsut doing random shit is better than playing videogames honestly. After you play it once you don't have to play it ever again.
You can still talk about it, though.
I like playing games whenever I need to turn my brain off or however the metaphor goes. In my retarded opinion I feel like games have the unique und sole purpose of being interactive entertainment that you can get immersed/sucked into. Puzzles in games generally irritate me because my 'tism can't comprehend something generally found in real life - that's why I like videogames. Because they're seperated from reality. GabeN said this in that HL anniversary documentary ou algo.good games to me always have a good puzzle that's rewarding if you beat them, I guess.
I can replay a game if I'm a huge fan of it and enjoyed it enough. I plan on replaying the first three MGS games in preparation for the remake. Also, fuck Konami for remaking MGS3 first and not MGS1 because it's the "fan favorite".I hate how games are like this but tbh I would hate it more if all games were replayable. I do play Minecraft from time to time but honestly good games to me always have a good puzzle that's rewarding if you beat them, I guess. To me, that puzzle element isn't really present in games, but in programming and creating I guess, which is a part of why I made my browser extension and want to branch off into creating more and more technilogically advanced projects, because the idea of there being this problem that nobody can do anything about, but in actuality, you can do something about it is so tantalizing to me. I love solving problems in that way, I love being able to step forward and fix things or provide something that doesn't already exist. And I also really love doing things just because they're complex. I get a lot of enjoyment out of doing something extremely hard and learning things a long the way.
Games just aren't like that, really. Which is why they kind of suck. They're only ever good if you're not in the mood for that. But sometimes, you know, sometimes being put into niche situations in which a problem exists, and people need you specifically to solve it, it makes you feel like the main character just a tiny bit, you know? Like it makes you feel like Walter White in Breaking Bad, lost in the desert with Jesse and a broken fucking minivan. And when you finally do it, it just feels so fucking good you know.
So yeah, I really like solving problems and videogames just don't have anything that allows me to do so in a way that doesn't feel like a massive waste of time. If I can't solve puzzles that doesn't impact anyone else's life, then why even solve them? And why solve puzzles that I don't want to solve? I feel like some people are probably screaming at me that this is why I should get a job in prorgamming or some shit but all i would say is fuck you I only wanna solve puzzles for shit I care about and my people o algo
Do I look like the kind of guy who wants to code some absolute bullshit for a soulless company or a shitty startup for money? Fuck no.
I mean to be honest that's why I've enjoyed hosting game servers for people, it's that tantalizing aspect of solving an issue, people asking for something and being able to provide it whilst having problems you can solve along the way. Hopefully this doesn't come off as too weird, but I hope that people get my point, I love solving puzzles, but I love solving puzzles that contribute something in some way, that help me learn something and help me improve my skills and improve the livelihood of people that I care about. I guess that's not such a bad thing right?
To me, solving a puzzle in say Portal or playing any videogame doesn't really provide me with the same feeling unless it makes others happy. Once you play a videogame, you honestly don't ever have to pick it up ever again. Some games, I outright just look at and go "ew im not playing that" and some even, I feel like are better to watch others play than for me to actually play myself. Videogames are a thing of the past for me, but I still tend to pick at them from time to time, but they'll never be anywhere near as fun as doing something productive.
MGS3 canonically is the first game in the timeline however.I can replay a game if I'm a huge fan of it and enjoyed it enough. I plan on replaying the first three MGS games in preparation for the remake. Also, fuck Konami for remaking MGS3 first and not MGS1 because it's the "fan favorite".
And? You're not supposed to play MGS3 first. You play games in a series in order of release, not chronology.MGS3 canonically is the first game in the timeline however.
As someone who's played MGS, MGS1 is by far the weakest game in the series. MGS3 is the best game to remake IMO.And? You're not supposed to play MGS3 first. You play games in a series in order of release, not chronology.
