Playing video games and watching YouTube videos at the same time

When I play brawl stars or some other mobile game (I almost only play mobile games atp) I usually also will have some YouTube video open on MiniPlayer so I get more stimulated. One time I was tryna watch a YouTube video while gooning because I was getting bored.

I also sometimes listen to music while browsing the schlog. I don’t watch YouTube videos then because they are too distracting; I can’t read and listen to someone yap simultaneously.

Should start detoxing by not gooning. Over stimulating yourself isn’t healthy.
