Fragmentation of Romanoi culture.

After the Bahramid conquest of Byzantium, Greeks were divided into several different cultures.
Hellenic culture unites the Greeks of the Mediterranean coast. They are mainly engaged in piracy and trade.
Epirote Greeks are the main population of the Despotate of Epirus, vassal of the Bahramid Empire. They are often characterized by their warlike nature, and their mercenaries are well known across Europe.
Thracian Greeks inhabit the Despotate of Therme and the Patriarchal City of Constantinople. Because of the influence of Constantinople, they are very peaceful and religious.
Anatolian Greeks inhabit most of the Anatolian satrapies of the Bahramid Empire. Due to the lack of a political and cultural center and the harsh terrain, they are very stoic and apathetic. Their indifference to politics and loyalty to any authority made them the backbone of the Bahramid Army.

Guiné Empire

De facto formed by the Henrique the Great, as a result of his military campaigns in West Africa, sponsored by church and merchants. Henrique considered himself a vassal of Papal States, which makes the statement about the beginning of the existence of this state before his son came to power questionable.
The eradication of the local nobility and the spread of serfdom, begun under Henry's rule and expanded under his descendants, led to the complete destruction of the pre-guinéan cultures and traditions of West Africa.

STOP FUCKING TAKING EUROPEAN LAND AS A NON EUROPEAN COUNTRY
Except for the border with the Hungarians and Vlachs, which is a permanent frontier and in which there are constant raids and looting, all these lands are only nominally under Persian rule. They are ruled by the local aristocracy, which is in a very soft vassal relationship with Baghdad - all their titles, laws, and religion are preserved and protected.

Sounds like baby duck syndrome. I've heard people say the same thing about Victoria 3, but Victoria 3 is hundreds of times better, prettier and more interesting than the Victoria 2.
i have played hoi4 for hundreds of hours and hoi3 is superior in every way
