Meta New Theme: Photon

Based off soyjak.party/4chan's photon theme, good for light mode users and feels oh so 2022. It is usable from the bottom bar.

Tell me if you find any bugs and I'll have it dealt with.

It's inconvenient as hell to actually do this because I gotta have mustard re-add the XML file to the server every time I want a small tweak made so I probably don't wanna do a lot more of this, thing is the mint theme has a textured background and I don't know how to add images to elements and I don't have the server access to test it out with. I was also gonna reboot an old hotline miami theme maybe.

Kolyma and Photon are the same theme, the only difference between the soyjak.party version and the 4chan version is that the gray is slightly brighter in the sharty version and some elements are placed differently.

If you ever become dev, give me VNC access to a virtual machine with you logged into the dashboard, I won't try anything funny, because you'll have my IP address and I'll give you some privileged information that I haven't shared to anyone here at all. I'll have the space to learn Xenforo without paying and slowly start integrating Schlog+ features when I figure out how shit works. I'll do it steathily and if anyone asks, just say that you did it and you asked Soygoy for advice.

If you have css access (you have some weird xml format system), make the ascii cat into an image and just position: fixed, bottom: 0, right: 0
Jokes aside but you should probably be keeping notes about how this stuff works, so that if anyone needs it for any particular reason, we can help out the website without directly being given permissions.
