Meta make it so that you can ignore staff

there’s some staff members that i genuinely don’t like but there’s no way to block/ignore them. i don’t think they deserve to have all their messages be visible just because they have some artificial janny role, and in the event that they really need to talk to me then doll or baqqrih can relay whatever they have to say. i just want to be able to ignore lower level jannies, that’s all.
