It's really good, but it really exagerates greatly the challenges of working in a restaurant, and combines every bad aspect one can face there in a single 1h30 timeframe, which is pretty impressive. I've worked in a kitchen with my father for a summer job, and even in the bad conditions I was in (working with an incompetent chef in a restaurant for a hospital of old people, having to deliver like 200 plates every meal with unproper equipment and untrained colleagues), it was leagues better than this.
It's not representative of the job at all, but it's still a good look inside, and a great movie on social tensions and the bad aspects of team working. Also the acting is top notch, and they managed to film this in a true one shot in two days apparently, which is just mindblowing. Great movie
