In Pennsylvania it was almost 80°F, currently at 11:20 PM it's a nice 66°F. Really hot today. Should be in the 50s and 40s now.

Yeah, it was terrible today. Too damn dry, and the trees are starting to perish on our property. Usually, I'd think it's the October weather that's bringing down the leaves, but it might really be the sun that's doing a part of that work. Kept driving past fields of these poor old cows and their babies sitting in their ponds all day.
