It might as well have a name, but the only thing I can think of relevant to it would be a false dichotomy, as someone secretly liking a subject because they are publicly against it is not the only other possibility to the conflict.

I don't think it's a logical fallacy as it doesn't really pertain to the argument in any way, it's just a baseless accusation. I guess you could categorize it as ad hominem as it is attempting to discredit your point by attacking your character rather than your reasoning.
