No, not really. I mean, if you are in a fantasy world let's say, you are a necromancer and your friend is a strong knight. He dies in battle, his last words asking you to raise him even when he's dead to help your cause. That's consent, not even similar to rape.

No, not really. I mean, if you are in a fantasy world let's say, you are a necromancer and your friend is a strong knight. He dies in battle, his last words asking you to raise him even when he's dead to help your cause. That's consent, not even similar to rape.

Reanimating a dead body causes great pain and suffering in the dead guy in most fantasy settings. It's also considered extremely dishonorable since you have your ugly decomposing body limping around and making people uneasy. So I doubt someone would consent to it.
