is it immoral to engineer conflicts in third world countries to profit off of them?

If it's a third-world country, chances are your conflict isn't going to make much difference to them.
If anything, you're causing more deaths which will prevent those people from starving or dying of AIDs much more slowly.

Horrible idea simply because migration becomes a thing, and you know the rest, and don't forget that crafting conflicts to leech wealth out of shitholes is only at best a medium range profit that easily gets sweep by better immoral ways like giving them enough resources to exist and be exploited without sounding like a dictatorship.
