Discussion is it immoral to bomb hospitals in foreign countries

The most moral thing to do in war is avoid it as much as possible. If war can be avoided equitably, avoid it. If there already is war, find the fastest way to end it. If war cannot be avoided and has to be fought, it must end as quickly as possible, even if it involves increasing the brutality of war. We try to make war limited as to not completely destroy ourselves, but within whatever limits you can accept from the civilian population one should not hold back in war. It is not immoral to engage in war if morally necessary, so hospitals can and must be targeted if that would help end the war quickest.
