Discussion Instead of an internet cafe...

A church... my new house would be perfect to have a 30-50 member church in front with the house in back. Instead of setting up an internet cafe.

How do you finance a church though without the government's involvement or their paperwork... maybe not a church, but a lectern / prayer house. My community is pretty poor so it's not like I'm going to ask them for money lol.

Write books, sell books, use money to create. Marketing my books is the problem right now to reach said goal, literally thousands of AI slop books and getting reviews to bump your SEO on book sites is difficult when starting.. so I've noticed.

Here in Mexico many people can't afford computers, they were popular when I was a kid when PC's cost a lot in the USA. It's like a lounge, with desks and computers, you can get copies made, print stuff, ect. Like an Office Max + Library in one. People pay a little cash to use the PC for an hour or watever.

It's been super neglected. They only want like $40k to buy it, which would be my priority if I actually did this project. Don't wanna invest money in a house I don't own. I could fix it easy, and has a lot of potential. Room in the front yard to add on to the garage / bodega / store front to turn it into a church. And still plenty of room in back with 4-5 rooms and a backyard to raise my nagolbud army of kids.

It'd be kinda cool do to all of that in one actually, like a prayer study church library with a couple PCs. Sell plants and farm critters as a hobby on the side.

Wouldn't be your typical church with pews... like a bible study area, pool table, some games, like an old school arcade / library / bible study. A place people could do things other than drink an shit.
