I just caught a RULE FUCKING ONE PERMABAN with no linked post after making a thread equivocating people who are pro rape with people that are pro pedophila.

My theory is that janny saw post #2 and very conveniently forgot to read the "thats no different than saying" part of the post and assumed I was advocating for pedophiles. I knew it could be mistaken for that which is why I added explicit context that I was trying to demonstrate his logic sounds like something you would hear out of a pedophile trying to downplay their pedophilia. As an aside I am kind of being a retard in that post by saying rape was no better than CSA, obviously CSA is worse, but I just had it out for rapetroons at that time so I exagerated a little. That however is irrelevant the elephant in the room of janny accusing me out of nowhere of breaking rule 1, which I will promptly get back to.

whose ban is snug up against mine on the banpage for RULE 2. Janny specifically picked the worst possible ban reason that you could give someone, also the biggest middle finger you could give to a longtime poster on the site who has stuck with it for nearly its whole life and cares greatly about it's prosperity.
Not to discredit myself, and call me a schizo if I am being schizo here, but does this suggest foul play on the part of the moderator? It seems too stupid and egregious and overboard to be a mistake. I did go pretty hard on froot in a big meta thread I had made just before this one so you never know.

It goes without saying that I wrote a very long and angry appeal about how dissapointed I was that moderators could be this hamfisted and retarded. It is still pending.

I have caught false bans before but this one offends me more than any one in the past. If you get banned falsely under rule 1 and janny ignores your appeal (If they are dumb/devious enough to hand out bans like this I wouldn't put it past them) You are FUCKED. So obviously I am more than a little pissed off by this.

That being said, the phrase you used that triggered it being a rule 1 ban doesn't make much sense so I'll change it to autoban for rule 3 instead.
