Schizo I passed out for the first time

Hello schlog, before I passed out it felt close to what I thought was my head splitting apart but I couldn't scream. I didn't know what time it was then so I didn't know how long I was out for
except when I woke up confused could't describe my state. Now I'm on my phone just lying down.
