If you went to bed at 3:53 and expected to wake up at 6:00 then you'd get 2 hours of sleep, which is horribly low.

What? You're not supposed to do it incrementally I just force myself to go to bed at 10 and my body wakes up at 5 I literally used to sleep at 5 before this and now I can do this everyday with no hassle
