Rant I hate barking dogs

Why the fuck would you have a dog if you're just gonna lock it out of your house to bark at everything all day and all night? The small town I live in is loud as FUCK at night because of these abused dogs, I can't even go on a walk because I'll get harassed by a stupid fucking chihuahua or some shit. Some California immigrant built a mcmansion right down the street from me and every FUCKING time I pass their house their asshole dog starts screaming at me and chasing me down. This is why I'm a cat person; dogs can be aryan and keyed if they're raised RIGHT but cats don't do this shit, even outdoor/stray cats just kinda fend for themselves they don't harass random passerbys for no fucking reason
