I'd guess the simplest method would be to have the high command of the military aligned with you (historically it seems to work better if you're one of them) and then have them give orders to the army to occupy all major government buildings. yeah but no one wants to work with a junta and also they can just coup you immediately after gaining power. Also they are scared of losing their paycheck no real loyalty

There were also many Nazis working for nasser aswell and the Nazis had previously during ww2 helped and made alliances with the Arab-Nationalists particully in Palestine
