i do it about once every 2-3 months, last time was when i was making and editing a video about my late dog's life. i used to do it a lot more but my medicine makes me numb most of the time
even if its a sign of weakness i feel a lot better after i do it. usually dont make a big scene, just hide in my room for 15 minutes or so

Rarely, if ever. I've shed maybe a couple tears in the last 4 years.
Being emotional will always be better than the alternative though, I'd much rather be a person who cries easily

Haven't shed a tear in like +8 years, taught myself that crying was for girls. Even if I was in extreme pain or if someone I loved died, no wahh wahh. If you cry for the merest of things, you need to have your man card revoked.
