Maybe a part of why it is like that is that the booru has had a lot more immigrants from Twitter in comparison to other Soysphere sites, especially since last year, so some of the crazies from there could have helped fuel its current state. The unique culture of countrywarring and the fact that the booru also houses a lot of "international flag variations" of different individual 'jaks (i.e the Cobson gangnam style flag gifs with every country, or Swedejak colored in the flags of every country, so on and so forth) probably also contributed to these conflicts in all of the comment sections.
