Just wondering. I usually get it medium rare at restaurants I'm familiar with and medium at new ones (don't trust them to cook it enough.)
do u add like the usual salt pepper seasoning or is it just by itselfI like it rare.
My father sometimes makes it also "bleu", which is like one step away from raw.
You basically just sear the outside to cook the exposed flesh to kill the bacteria but the inside is raw. Tastes great

The more the steak is cooked the more seasoning I'm willing to add though.
I like my medium rare steak (the most cooked I ever eat them) well seasoned
