Where I work I regularly see fairly good looking middle-aged dudes with fat saggy-skinned wives, women I would quite safely consider in the "unfuckable" range. Not only do they have to sleep with them but they have to carry the constant shame of walking around with them. Because women age so poorly, I think ending hypergamy isn't enough. Hypogamy actually makes sense, because a guy is making a commitment to stay with a girl knowing she will eventually descend beneath himself in SMV
