How are you going to handle quality and offense in the new culture boards?

I seen the /bacon/ thing and it made me upset... could you ban like blatantly insulting threads on these boards? I wouldn't wish it upon christians or jews either. Trying to disprove the religion or something would be fine, just not pure insults
